Scott Scuderi is the founder and principal of Scuderi Real Estate Group LLC, a Philadelphia-based development company focused on new construction of single-family homes and multi-family buildings.
A law school graduate, Scott began his career at a prominent New York law firm where he specialized in commercial and residential real estate transactions. This legal foundation gave him a deep understanding of deal structuring, contract negotiation, and risk management that continues to inform every project he undertakes.
Scott went on to serve as an associate at Patriot Real Estate Capital, where he managed development projects from inception to completion. In that role, he was responsible for raising equity and debt, overseeing construction timelines and budgets, and ensuring projects were delivered on time and on budget. He also competed on a national negotiation team, sharpening his ability to create favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
